I founded Paraxus after more than 20 years working in operational and programme leadership roles across complex technology, engineering and regulated environments.
I've spent much of my career in roles that sit between strategy and delivery — taking broad objectives and turning them into something organisations can actually execute.

That has meant leading major programmes, but also dealing with the less glamorous things that make businesses work: finance, people, suppliers, governance, commercial issues, risk, priorities and the inevitable problems that don't sit neatly within anyone's job description.

I particularly enjoy working with smaller and growing organisations, where the challenge isn't usually a lack of ambition or expertise. It's about creating enough structure around talented people to allow the business to grow without slowing it down.

That's the thinking behind Paraxus.

I prefer being part of the team rather than advising from the sidelines. I’ll challenge where I think it’s useful, help make decisions when they need making and get involved in the detail when that’s what the situation requires.

The aim isn’t to create dependency. It’s to bring clarity, structure and momentum where they’re needed - and leave every organisation stronger than I found it.
